In December, Tumptonics was proud to support the launch of Cymru Women’s Sport– a group dedicated to creating positive change for women in sport across Wales.
The launch brought together individuals, organisations, athletes, supporters, and advocates who all share a common goal: building a stronger, more inclusive future for women both playing and supporting sport.
For Tumptonics, being involved was never just about sponsorship of cans or attendance. It was about supporting a movement that aligns closely with out values as a company- community, opportunity, innovation, and creating spaces where people can thrive.
Supporting the Community Beyond Business

Supporting Cymru Women’s Sport felt like a natural fit.

Why It Matters to Tumptonics
As a Welsh company, community is at the heart of everything we do.
For our founder, Sara, supporting women in sport is also deeply personal. Her daughter, Lottie, competes for the Welsh Alpine Ski Team, giving the Tumptonics team first-hand insight into the dedication, resilience, and support needed for women and girls to succeed in competitive sport.
This experience has reinforced the importance of visibility, opportunity, and strong support networks for young female athletes across Wales.
We believe meaningful change happens when people are encouraged, supported, and given the opportunity to grow. Whether in business, education, agriculture, technology, or sport, access and representation matter.
The launch of Cymru Women’s Sport celebrated the fantastic work already taking place across Wales. It also highlighted the challenges that remain, including visibility, funding, access, and representation.
